Himalayan Salt- The Better Salt

Salt is important to the functioning of our bodies. But is salt harming your health without you being aware of it?  Research has shown that normal table salt (sodium chloride) has many additional chemicals that your body may not be able to metabolize. When this happens, your body uses precious cell water to get rid of those chemicals leading to conditions such as cellulite, rheumatism, and even arthritis.  So what are the alternatives to normal table salt?  You can try sea salt  or even much better, Himalayan pink salt.

Himalayan pink salt is the best salt you can consume.  Research has discovered the many benefits of this salt, among which are:

  • regulation of water levels in the body
  • promoting ph balance in the cells, including the brain
  • helping with blood sugar health
  • reducing muscle cramps
  • reducing chance of developing kidney and gall bladder stones

I personally switched to Himalayan salt last year and would highly recommend you to do the same.
