Don't 'Catch' Anything -Enhance Your Immune System Naturally

Here are the four things that I do to maintain my immune system - I haven't gotten sick, caught the flu or even a cold for the last two years! Try them, you may get the same results.

Lots of water - its a natural cleanser and it washes away toxins.  Have a glass before any meal - and you will find your digestion improve.

Probiotics - to maintain your gut's natural flora and prevent the grown of  harmful bacteria.  For my female readers, you can prevent yeast infections by taking these. Also, good quality yogurt has these healthy bacteria occurring in it.

Zinc and vitamin D supplements

Vitamin C - besides enhancing your immunity, it also deodorizes your body from inside out.
